The candles are designed in Florence . Designed and 3D printed in Lucca using sustainable and biodegradable materials. Transformed into molds in a molding workshop in Carrara . Cast in Florence at the "il Candelaio" social workshop using recycled wax from Florentine cathedrals.
Lume candles are hand-cast in Florence by the social workshop “il candelaio,” where homeless people, excluded from society and the collective conscience, work to rekindle the light of their future.
